This is the best movie ever and the script is great!

Morbid Man (10 out of 10 )
A horror masterpiece. Who ever says violence is for the weak-minded?

Loved the script, loved the movie. Maybe it helped seeing the movie beforehand, but i found the chaos and anarchy in the earlier scenes were coveyed well through the script.

Ryan Harris (10 out of 10 )
This film is mesmerizing in every sense of the word. From the bloody gore, to the smooth and polished special effects. Absolutely brilliant!

I thought the film was really really good it was so scary at first but then I just enjoyed all the action. Please could you make a second one?

I really loved the film, I thought it was really cool. Please could you tell me though how it all started because I don't understand how all the "zombies" came. I really enjoyed it, I jumped most of the time. I give this film 10/10.

I love this movie. Sarah Polley did an awesome job as Ana and I love the script.

Pretty intense. I liked it and I hope the remake is as good as this.

Really good script, kept me on the edge of my seat many times. This is George A. Romero at his best.

This is the best horror movie ever ^^.

Awesome movie! Best horror movie I have ever seen. The script is pretty good too. Sarah did a wonderful job.

Ok I need to clear some things, first this is the original George A. Romero "Dawn of the dead", Sarah Polley stared in the remake that has little to do with this script. Second, this is the second movie of Romero's dead series. First movie is "Night of the Living Dead" second "Dawn of the Dead" third "Day of the Dead" and fourth "Land of the Dead".

Cody White (9 out of 10 )
Again another excellent movie by George A Romero. All of Romero's of the dead movies rock.

I think the newer Dawn was good. Overall concept was great but when they showed the thing during the credits like with the boat reaching the island, total let down. But overall it was good.

5th - Diary of the Dead, haven't seen it yet, but I saw that it said this was the next movie in this series, looks ok. Someone using a camcorder to record stuff. Hope its NOT like the newer remake versions, with the supposed newer effects that lack the original CREEPY SLOW zombies that scared the poop out of me when I was young. I hate those fast running zombies.

This is one of my all-time favorite films; it started me writing when I was young. The script, while it sticks to the film, violates every formatting structure I've learned over the years but who cares? It's the bomb! The mother of monster films as far as I'm concerned. Of course, the original NOTLD still reigns supreme. This script is one I can enjoy reading but 'have to remind myself to ignore how it's written. When you are Romero, you can take liberties we spec screenwriters can't.
